Administration Assistant / Receptionist – Fixed term contract (6 months)

We are looking for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to carry out administration and reception duties for an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of this being extended.   The position offers either part time or full time hours working Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times available.


Key Responsibilities :

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manning of the switchboard; ensuring all calls are answered in a timely manner and queries dealt with effectively.
  • Greeting visitors; you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
  • General office administration duties including filing, franking post and assisting with administration tasks where needed.


Experience :

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Experience of working in a customer service environment desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills including a professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Administration experience and working in an office environment essential.
  • A flexible approach to tasks.
