EXPERIENCE
Mark started his career as a fully qualified retail butcher, spending over 20 years working in and trading from shops before moving into retail management in 1999.
Mark has worked in senior positions for big names in the meat industry including 4½ years as Area Retail Sales Manager for Dewhurst Butchers, National Account Manager for Dunbai and Business Development roles for Kepak, Towers Thompson, Tican and now DB Foods.

With a proven track record of success in building market share in the Fresh Meat Sector, Mark’s has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in developing and growing opportunities for food wholesalers in the retail market.
INTERESTS
When not spending time with his partner, three children, three grandchildren and two French Bull Dogs, Mark can be found managing Cwmbran Celtic U19s football team in the Cymru Premier Development League, teaching martial arts as a Senior Instructor of Total Body Defence Jujitsu or supporting his beloved Manchester United. He also enjoys travel, long walks and music.
