WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT DB FOODS?
Sales and new ventures, my job involves meeting with new customers and trying to understand their needs in order to make sure they are getting the most out of their meat!
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
I have always worked in the food industry from being a head chef, to a catering butcher all the way up to managing a wholesale butchers. I understand the food industry literally from field to fork!
WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO WORKING FOR DB FOODS?
Using DB Foods as one of my own suppliers I was always attracted to the professionalism. From here I searched for any chance to enter into the DB Foods family!
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The thing I enjoy most about my job is speaking to a whole range of customers from small butcher shops to large wholesalers. Understanding their needs and working to give them the best product they could want!
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY OUTSIDE WORK?
I have two young children and a wife, I love spending my time with them! Aside from this I am also a keen golfer (don’t confuse keen with good!!)
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MEAL?
My favourite meal has to be Lasagne, and of course like all meals it’s always best made at home with my family!
