The results of DB Foods’ annual customer survey are in and we are delighted with the feedback we have received as a meat supplier for catering and retail butchers.
The past year has seen the return of the demand of meat supplies for catering companies after the pandemic, which contributed to our customer growth in the past five years being the largest in our 30 year history, and the feedback from our customer questionnaire supports our standing as one of the best catering meat suppliers in the UK.
Highlights of the recent findings from participating customers include:
- Over 40% of our customers have used us as catering meat suppliers for over 10 years
- Over half of customers were recommended to DB Foods by others in the industry
- 85% of customers say that DB Foods can be relied on to have the products they want
- DB Foods averages 8/10 for; reliable delivery, help and support, knowledge, friendliness and variety of product
- 63% of customers say they have the confidence to try new products in their catering from DB Foods
