We are seeking a driven, commercially focused Food Service Sales Manager to accelerate growth across our foodservice channels. This is a high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering profitable growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan across foodservice customers, including wholesalers, distributors, catering operators, and key accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with the energy and discipline to convert opportunity into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Deliver against revenue, margin, and volume targets
- Develop structured account plans and pipeline management
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive profitable growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work cross-functionally with operations and supply chain to ensure service excellence
About You
- Already dealing with the big end users in Foodservice
- Proven track record in foodservice sales in meat and poultry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Commercially astute with clear margin focus
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
